How to Use
- Check Oil & Fuel: Fill engine oil (SAE 10W-30) and petrol. Check before each use.
- For Asphalt: Fill water tank to prevent sticking. Turn on water valve.
- Start Engine: Turn fuel on, choke if cold, pull recoil starter.
- Compact: Guide machine slowly. Let plate vibration do the work. Overlap passes by 50%.
- Finish: Run engine at idle 1 min to cool. Turn off fuel. Clean plate after use.
Maintenance Tips
- Change engine oil after first 20 hours, then every 100 hours
- Clean air filter every 25 hours or when dirty
- Check V-belt tension monthly
- Grease vibrator bearings every 200 hours
- Drain water tank in cold weather to prevent freezing
