INGCO GVR-2 – Gasoline Concrete Vibrator, Claw Type
Portable 5.5HP vibrator for columns, beams, slabs & foundation work.
The GVR-2 is a claw-type gasoline concrete vibrator powered by a 5.5HP 4-stroke engine. Paired with a flexible shaft and poker head, it removes air pockets and honeycombing in poured concrete. Claw coupling lets you swap shafts fast between jobs. Built for contractors, masons, and DIY builders doing columns, lintels, footings, and floor slabs.
Why contractors use the GVR-2:
5.5HP 4-stroke engine: 163cc OHV air-cooled motor. High torque, low fuel use. Runs on straight unleaded — no 2-stroke mixing.
Claw coupling system: Quick-release jaw clutch connects engine to shaft. Swap between 38mm, 45mm, 60mm poker sizes in seconds.
12,000 vpm vibration: High frequency compacts concrete fast, improves strength, and gives smooth finish with no air voids.
Portable frame: Steel tube frame + rubber mounts reduce vibration transfer. Carry handle + base plate for ground stability.
Flexible shaft compatible: Takes 3m, 4.5m, 6m shafts. Use 38mm poker for thin columns, 60mm for mass pours.
