The Dingqi 64160 is a 600mm manual tile cutter with single-rail design and tungsten carbide scoring wheel. It handles wall and floor tiles up to 600mm length and 14mm thickness. Built for tilers, masons, and contractors doing bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring.
Why tilers use the 64160:
600mm cutting length: Diagonal cut up to 420mm on 600x600mm tiles. Covers most standard floor tiles.
14mm cutting thickness: Cuts ceramic, porcelain, and vitrified tiles. Won’t do 20mm granite or natural stone.
Single rail with linear bearings: Smooth scoring action with less flex than twin-rail budget cutters.
Tungsten carbide wheel: Ø22mm scoring wheel gives clean snap. Replaceable when dull.
Spring-loaded breaker: 800kg pressure bar snaps tile cleanly after scoring. Wide breaker foot for large format.

Cutting tips:
Score once with firm even pressure — don’t go back over
Position breaker foot at edge of tile, snap with quick down press
For porcelain, score harder and use light oil on wheel
Won’t cut natural stone, glass mosaic, or 20mm outdoor tiles — use wet saw
